Employee Benefit Package

ColumbiaCare Services invests in it's employees.  We provide partial assistance for health, dental, vision and prescription drug insurance to eligible employees, their dependents, and/or state certified domestic partner.

In addition to state-of-the-art training, opportunities for advancement, and employee rewards and recognition, ColumbiaCare also offers a robust benefit and leave package which includes the following (introductory periods, leave accruals, and other benefits are dependent on employee status and qualification):
