Driftwood Lodge Administrator Celebrates 5 Years of Employment with ColumbiaCare Services.
Cathy Klamroth, Facility Administrator of Driftwood Lodge in Gold Beach, is celebrating her Five Year Anniversary working for ColumbiaCare Services.
Cathy began her employment as Residential Associate and through hard work and commitment to the Residents of Driftwood Lodge, was promoted to Facility Administrator this past February. Cathy was an original staff member of Driftwood when it opened 7 years ago this month, even prior to ColumbiaCare taking ownership of the program.
"Cathy manages staff and the operations of the program with skill and integrity. She has an amazing ability to provide a safe and caring environment for residents, to ensure that they are getting high-quality care, while working effectively behind the scenes to make sure all of the administrative tasks are carried out. We are proud to have her," says Bob Beckett, Executive Director of ColumbiaCare Services.
Cathy supervises and works along side Driftwood's team of professional clinicians and line staff to deliver quality residential mental health care. These combined efforts result in a well-managed residential program that benefits the lives of the individuals who call Driftwood Lodge home.
Cathy enjoys watching residents make progress "from being very symptomatic to driving, gaining employment, and connecting to life outside of the facility."
Driftwood Lodge is a beautiful 8-bed residential mental health facility which was converted from an old fishing lodge. The facility has been an important resource for both the state and local community for over 7 years. Admission is approved by an Extended Care Management Unit of the State of Oregon, Addictions and Mental Health Division. Prior arrangements must be made for visitations.
